E-College is part of the Mobile First Technology Initiative's effort to mobilize knowledge about mobile information and communication technologies (ICT) in ways that enable developers and managers to leverage it for professional development and to jump start innovation in their organizations.
  
This part of the the New Brunswick Community College – Mobile First Technology initiative (NBCC MFTI) wiki will host tutorials on a variety of topics pertaining to mobile information and communication technology (ICT) development and processes of innovation.

This section offers free access to tutorials, presentations, and other learning objects that are useful to technology designers and developers.
  
NBCC MFTI performs applied research and experimental development using a growing number of different technologies. It is our intention to transfer as much of the knowledge we gain from these activities to the public in the form of tutorials.
