Introduction
This introduction to mobile app development is designed to be a platform-independent tutorial. It presents a generic set of requirements to be implemented by the student for a chosen mobile platform. Currently, the tutorial is being implemented for Polymer. Versions for Android, iOS, React, and React Native are expected.

This tutorial is organized using a basic Agile approach. into a sequence of "stories". A story is a basic unit
