The New Brunswick Community College – Centre for Applied Research in Mobile & Ubiquitous Computing
This part of the the New Brunswick Community College – Mobile First Technology initiative (NBCC MFTI) will host tutorials on a variety of topics pertaining to mobile information and communication technology (ICT) development and processes of innovation.
Planned topics to be hosted here include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Mobile app development frameworks (e.g., Android, iOS, Polymer, React, React Native),
- Mechatronics,
- Internet of Things (IoT), and
- Design thinking.
Menu of Tutorials
- Basic Mobile App Development : This is planned as a single, generic set of objectives, to be instantiated into a series of tutorials for specific mobile app development frameworks. Polymer will be the first instance.
- Mechatronics: To be ported from the 2014 workshop hosted by in the NBCC MFTI in the Moncton Ideaspace.
- Design thinking: To be ported from slide decks from 2015/2016 workshops presented at the NBCC campuses.
