Microsoft HoloLens Prototyping

The NBCC Mobile First Technology initiative (MFTi) develops mixed reality applications for the Microsoft HoloLens, which is, according to the company, "the first self-contained, holographic computer".

MFTi has developed a number of prototypes for the HoloLens since Q4 2016. Our work on this device lead to the development of an advanced prototype as part of our Integration of Mixed Reality and GPS-based Positioning to Support Public Works Applications project.
